Kelly Alberts

CEO

Kelly Alberts is a seasoned Executive with over 20 years diverse experience in IT and Biotech in all phases of operations within the services industry with emphasis on sales, marketing, policy setting, procedures, cost controls, planning, operations, finance, team building, idea generation and employee motivation.

Mr. Alberts has founded two organizations and served as Board Member, CEO, President, and COO of both public and private companies. Mr. Alberts co-led a private company through a reverse merger into a public shell to access funding for an acquisition strategy. He has led two service lines from the ground up to over $20M in annual sales. Mr. Alberts has worked with and partnered with companies such as Schering Plough, Pfizer, Genentech, Boston Scientific, Amgen, Cisco Systems, Sun Microsystems, Oracle, Microsoft, and IBM.

Currently Mr. Alberts is involved in both IT service and start-up medical device organizations, assisting with product and service line development, funding, FDA compliance, and daily operations. Kelly received his Bachelors from the University of Iowa and MBA (Executive, PKE) from the Graziadio Business School at Pepperdine University.

Tony Walker

Our founder, Anthony Walker, an experienced surgery assistant, wanted a safer, more comfortable, more effective way to extract fluids during surgery.  

Extensive experience in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery settings. It was his vision through hundreds of surgeries that produced NuFlow and improved upon decades old technology to significantly improve safety and comfort of the patient while saving an average of 15 minutes per surgery for surgeons.

Peter Sollenne

CFO

Mr. Sollenne has over 30 years of experience in the Business Services, Financial Services, Life Science Services and Human Capital Industries. His experience includes hands-on senior leadership and financial management of both large and middle-market public companies as well as small and mid-sized private companies.

His recent experiences has been in the Financial Services Industry where he built a national marketing organization for alternative investment strategies. Prior to that, he led a rollup and acquisition strategy to form a public Life Science Services Company serving the Pharmaceutical and Biotech Industries. He also has led a Tier I venture-backed rollup of three International/Offshore IT Services companies; structured, negotiated and closed over 36 acquisitions of IT Services & Human Capital companies; led the turnaround and re-positioning of two prominent Global IT Services companies; has raised both public and private equity and debt; led the entre of one of Mexico’s largest IT Professional Services Companies into the United States; and led the national Sales & Marketing activities of a $1.0 billion division of Ford Financial Services, leading this company from a second tier player to the third largest in the Fleet Services Industry; Arthur Andersen & Co., Big 8 Firm; Senior Financial Officer in several corporations.

Mr. Sollenne has held the positions of President/COO of a NASDAQ $400 million 145 branch diversified staffing company; President/CEO of a $110 million IT Services roll-up formed by the acquisition and integration of 16 companies; President of Commercial Staffing Operations for a NYSE $900 million diversified IT Services and Human Capital Company; Founder/CEO/CFO/Director of a Venture backed roll-up in the IT Services Industry; Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing of a subsidiary of Ford Financial Services; Senior Vice President Finance for the nation’s second largest fleet leasing company, Financial Officer for a large national bank, and a large Division of Pepsico. Mr. Sollenne received a BS in Accounting/Business Administration at Boston College and is a CPA.
